Electronic Thesis Submission Deadline
The deadline for uploading the electronic version of your thesis for this semester is Monday, Febrary 9, 2026. As the review process requires 3-4 working days , students are advised to complete their uploads on time to avoid delays in the clearance process.

Thesis Submission Process
(1) Upload the electronic version of your thesis to the The Electronic Thesis and Dissertation Service System. Upon approval, print one authorization form. 
(2) Upload the electronic version of your thesis to the National Central Library Thesis System. Upon approval, print two authorization forms
(3) Print three hard copies of your thesis:
(4) Submit the following to the library during the clearance process:
- 3 hard copies of the thesis.
- 3 authorization forms.
(Note: All three copies must be submitted to the library.)
(5) If you need to delay the release of your thesis, submit the delayed release application forms for both the National Central Library and NCNU together.
(6) Complete the thesis submission process.
